  • Future strategy - Determine and agree where the business needs to be and how to get there. What the future dynamics of an industry sector might be, how customers/consumers will change, and where to be as an organisation in this future environment.
  • Business and brand growth - Often this starts with first addressing a declining commercial environment; to get a business back to stability. Establish the commercial targets and create a clear road map to deliver them.
